A qualification can teach you the practice, but it can't give you self-awareness.

When you teach, coach or hold space for others, your own patterns, triggers, boundaries and blind spots come into the room too.

This is why I believe mentorship is so important. Not to collect more qualifications, but to continue developing the person behind the work.

Your training teaches you the practice. Your self-awareness shapes how you lead.
